Understanding our service-based policy
Pest Control RAF SERV LTD provides professional 24/7 pest control services across London, covering mice, rats, bed bugs, wasps, cockroaches, and more. Given the nature of our work, our return and refund policy differs from standard product-based businesses. Once a service has been delivered, it cannot be returned. Therefore, all completed pest control services are non-returnable.
Our refund and cancellation terms
Refunds are generally not provided once a technician has attended the property, treatment has been carried out, chemicals, traps, or materials have been used, or advice and inspection have been completed. This is because pest control results depend on factors outside our direct control, such as infestation severity and property conditions.
We understand plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible:
- 24+ hours notice: Free reschedule
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellation fee may apply
- No access to property: Call-out charge may apply
Follow-up visits and treatment results
Many pest control treatments require multiple visits for full effectiveness. Follow-up visits will be explained during your first appointment. Some infestations, such as bed bugs or rodents, cannot be eliminated in a single visit. Additional visits may be chargeable unless included in your treatment plan.
While we aim for the best results, we do not guarantee instant eradication in all cases. Results depend on the level of infestation, access to affected areas, hygiene and housekeeping, structural entry points, and customer cooperation. Pest activity may still be visible for a short period after treatment.
Your role in successful treatment and support
To ensure effective treatment, customers must provide accurate information about the pest issue, allow full access to affected areas, follow all preparation and aftercare instructions, and inform us about pets, children, or health concerns. Failure to follow instructions may affect results and void any service guarantee.
